In addition, we inventory the (attraction) capacity, check whether the offering matches the intended guest target groups based on 7 main attraction categories for swimming pools and water parks.

An important part of the quickscan is formed by examining the guest experience. This is largely related to these attraction categories and also to waiting times for slides or the uniqueness of attractions.

But guest experience is also linked to the amount of space, the atmosphere (planting and theming), the number of available chairs or sunbeds, hygiene and cleanliness, the friendliness and efficiency of staff, the feeling of safety, acoustics (for indoor pools), and the catering offering.
