Six Flags Hurricane Harbor

Location: Los Angeles, USA
Opening year: 2016
Size: approx. 5.6 ha

Highlights: Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Los Angeles is a large water park located next to Six Flags Magic Mountain, offering a mix of extreme and more family-oriented slides. The Python Plunge complex, opened in 2016, combines five slides, with the three newest slides designed by ProSlide and the two older ones by WhiteWater West.

The addition of Python Plunge was part of a design campaign by the ProSlide Masterplanning Team to develop concept expansion plans with new and innovative attractions for several Six Flags water parks in the United States.

The Python Plunge attraction includes both open and enclosed slides with different intensity levels, allowing guests to choose between calmer and faster slides.
Its defining features are the spiral, coiled trajectories that generate centrifugal forces and a controlled speed experience. The complex is located in the zone around Lizard Lagoon and acts as a transition between children’s attractions and more extreme rides.
