Definitions<\/strong><br\/>In these terms and conditions, the following is understood:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contractor: B&amp;Eau <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Client: The natural or legal person who issues the assignment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agreement: The agreement between Client and Contractor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>2. Applicability<\/strong><br\/>These terms and conditions apply to all quotes, services, and agreements of B&amp;Eau regarding swimming pool and water park design and advice in these areas.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>3. Quotes and agreements<\/strong><br\/>Quotes are non-binding and valid for 30 days (unless otherwise stated). An agreement is established after written confirmation by the Client.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>4. Execution of the assignment<\/strong><br\/>B&amp;Eau will execute the assignment to the best of its knowledge and ability, taking into account the requirements of craftsmanship.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>5. Prices and payments<\/strong><br\/>All prices are inclusive of VAT and other charges. B&amp;Eau participates in the small business scheme (KOR). The amounts on the invoice are final prices. <br\/>Payment must be made no later than 14 days after the invoice date.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>6. Liability<\/strong><br\/>B&amp;Eau is not liable for indirect damage, such as consequential damage, lost profit, or missed savings.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>7. Force majeure<\/strong><br\/>In case of force majeure, which is understood to mean any circumstance independent of the will of the parties, the execution of the agreement is suspended.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>8. Intellectual property rights<\/strong><br\/>All designs and advice developed by B&amp;Eau are and remain the property of B&amp;Eau, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>9. Applicable law and disputes<\/strong><br\/>Dutch law exclusively applies to all legal relationships in which B&amp;Eau is a party.
